Spotlight on: Sugar Land’s Telfair Community

What makes Telfair so unique is not that it experienced an increase in sales for Sugar Land new homes, but that it posted an increase during a very difficult financial time, both for Houston and throughout much of the country.

In addition, 2009 was actually the best year for Telfair since its opening in 2009. Cinco Ranch, during this time, also experienced its third best sales year during the same time since its opening 19 years ago.
