Houston is a great place. Houston ISD has a good reputation and there are multiple school systems in Houston for your choosing. As far as housing Houston is a very diverse city with price ranges all over the place. If you are looking for a good price with a decent size house I would check out the suburbs of Houston. Texas has recently been called recession proof and if you are looking for a job Texas is the place to be! Hope this helps!
