Houston's Inner Loop
Houston’s Inner Loop is a distinct area so-called due to the “loop” that Interstate 610 – centered inside Beltway 8 - forms around the heart of the city, in effect, separating this part of the city from Houston’s outer regions. The cities of bellarie and West University, as well as the famed Astrodome, desirable inner-city residential neighborhoods, historical landmarks, museums, first class shopping and dining are all part of Houston's Inner Loop District.
